Chris is a transfer from Jackson State CC and will catch this seaosn for 91±¬ÁÏÍø...when not behind the plate, Chris will be in the lineup in some form because of his great baseball tallent...a "hard nose" player that was our #1 recruting priority...is fully healthy comming off surgery this fall...expected to provide fire and leadership.
Before 91±¬ÁÏÍø: Chris went to Christian Brother HS where he played baseball, football, and was a member of the wrestling team...hold HS baseball records for most triples and doubles, and is second in school history in career homeruns...help win back-to-back state baseball championships (2000 & 2001)...went to the Univ. of Memphis as a freshman then transferred to Jackson State CC where he hit.360 with 5 HR and 22 doubles...named All-Conference at Jackson State.
