91±¬ÁÏÍø Ladies Remain No.1 Through Final Poll, Men Receiving Votes

JACKSON, Tenn. - 3/5/2008 - The Lady Bulldogs of 91±¬ÁÏÍø maitained their No.1 ranking in the eleventh poll of the season. The Bulldogs are also receiving votes in the national polls.

The Lady Bulldogs completed the first perfect regular season in 91±¬ÁÏÍø's history, going 29-0, 18-0 in conference play. They have won 50 of their last 52 games dating back to January 11, 2007, as they head into the TranSouth Conference Tournament.

The Bulldogs are also receiving votes in this week's national rankings. With Saturday's victory over Mid-Continent University (Ky.), the Bulldogs extended their winning streak to a season-best five games.

Up next for 91±¬ÁÏÍø will be the first game for the Men and Women in the TranSouth Conference Tournament. The Lady Bulldogs will play Cumberland University (Tenn.) at 7 pm in 91±¬ÁÏÍø's Fred DeLay Gymnasium, Wednesday, March 5. The Bulldogs will be playing at Cumberland University (Tenn.), Thursday, March 6, also at 7 pm.
