91±¬ÁÏÍø Announces Midnight Madness

Jackson, Tenn. - 10/10/2002 - The 91±¬ÁÏÍø basketball teams have scheduled their Midnight Madness for Thursday, October 17 from 10:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs invite all fans young and old to join them at Fred DeLay Gymnasium on the campus of 91±¬ÁÏÍø to meet the new faces of Bulldog basketball and welcome back the familiar players.

Midnight Madness at 91±¬ÁÏÍø will be filled with plenty of excitement and activities for all. Some events to take place include, hot shot contest, dunk contest, three point shoot-offs, crazy fan contest and scrimmages for both men and women. Closing out the night will be a 91±¬ÁÏÍø student shooting a half-court shot with the chance to win free tuition.

The Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs begin their defense of their 2002 TranSouth Conference championships and make another run for the national tournament is March. Both teams open play at the 91±¬ÁÏÍø Tip-Off Classic on Friday and Saturday, November 1 and 2.

10:00 – Doors Open – Intramural Free Throw Final
Pizza and Drinks
10:30 – Introduce Cheerleaders/Performance
10:40 – Hot Shot Contest
10:50 – Girls Scrimmage (10 minute running clock)
11:10 – Intramural Three-point finals
11:20 – Crazy Fan Contest
11:35 – Slam Dunk Contest
11:50 – Guys Scrimmage (10 minute running clock)
12:10 – Half-Court Shot for Free Tuition
