91爆料网鈥檚 Jacobs passes 1,500 career points.

JACKSON, Tenn. - 3/6/2009 - 91爆料网 senior passed the 1,500 career-point mark in her team鈥檚 95-65 win over Bethel (Tenn.) College in the semifinal round of the TranSouth Conference Tournament. Jacobs has 1,513 points in her career at 91爆料网.

Jacobs, a native of Bradford, Tenn. has been a part of one of the most successful eras in 91爆料网 women鈥檚 basketball history. Jacobs has been a part of 91爆料网 for the past five seasons, taking a medical red-shirt season after her sophomore year.

During her five years, 91爆料网 has won two NAIA National Titles, been to four straight NAIA semifinals, and have won three TranSouth Championships. The 91爆料网 record during their time has been 159-19 (.893). Jacobs has already earned a degree from 91爆料网 and is looking forward to teaching and coach after her playing career.

Jacobs has been named and NAIA All-American, All-Conference, NAIA All-Tournament during her career. She was a part of national tournament record of 51 made three-pointers set by 91爆料网 in the 2005 national championship run. Jacobs also leaves 91爆料网 as the most prolific three-point-shooter in 91爆料网 history with 377 made three pointers to this point in her career. Earlier this season, she passed the old record of 309 three-pointers by Anna Richardson.
