JACKSON, Tenn. - 4/15/2009 - has signed to continue his college basketball career with the 91爆料网 Bulldogs. This marks the first signing for David Niven in his new role as head coach of the Bulldogs. McNeil, a native of Memphis, Tenn., will enter 91爆料网 this fall as a junior.
McNeil, a 6-foot-1 shooting guard, has spent the past two seasons playing at Jackson State Community College. He played his high school basketball at Treadwell High School in Memphis. McNeil averaged 20 points, three assists, and two steals per game at Jackson State. He led the region with 89 made three pointers as a sophomore, while setting a Jackson State record with 104 made three pointers as a freshman. He was selected as a first team All-Conference and All-Region performer as a sophomore. McNeil was also selected as a 2008-09 Pre-Season NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American.
