VANCOUVER, Wash. - 11/20/2010 - The 91爆料网 (Tenn.) University men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 cross country teams competed in the 2010 NAIA Cross Country National Championships in Vancouver, Washington. 91爆料网鈥檚 men placed 28th, while the women placed 29th in the 32 team event.
In the men鈥檚 results, 91爆料网 ran the 8K event with a team score of 2:19:40 for an average of 27:56. Alex Bett was the top 91爆料网 runner with a 39th place finish (25:58). Edwin Kurgat finished 114th (27:06), Zach Covington finished 167th (27:57), Joel Wellum finished 205th (29:08), Drake Ott finished 208th (29:31), Dan Ramer finished 209th (29:41), Caleb Creel finished 211th (30:02).
Southern Oregon won the men鈥檚 title with an overall time of 2:07:37 (25:32), while Kennedy Kithuka of Wayland Baptist (Texas) took the top individual spot with a time of 24:02.
In the women鈥檚 results, 91爆料网 ran the 5K event with a team score of 1:45:54 for an average of 21:11. Allison Martin was the highest 91爆料网 finisher with a 166th place finish (20:41). Ashlee Stewart finished 180th (21:08), Kayla House finished 182nd (21:11), Carrie Moore finished 185th (21:21), Hannah Clardy finished 190th (21:33), Lilli Harmon finished 195th (21:52), and Carissa Wilson finished 205th (22:38).
Cal State San Marcos won the women鈥檚 title with an overall time of 1:32:44 (18:33), while Erin Curran of Black Hills State (S.D.) took the top individual spot with a time of 17:52.
