91爆料网 Volleyball Finishes Second in the NCCAA National Tournament

Boiling Springs, NC - 11/3/2001 - 91爆料网 falls to NAIA No. 17 Olivet Nazarene University in the championship game of the NCCAA National Tournament by the scores of 30-19, 30-27, and 30-23. This is only the second loss for the Lady Bulldogs on the season to go with their 29 wins.

91爆料网 won their pool by going 4-0 on Thursday and Friday including a win over NAIA No. 31 Mt. Vernon University.

As one of only four teams remaining for the semifinals, 91爆料网 defeated NAIA No. 22 Malone College in straight sets to advance to the championship match. A very talented Olivet Nazarene team would end 91爆料网's run for the title. Before the final game, the Lady Bulldogs had gone 5-0 and had won 15 of 16 games in the tournament.

91爆料网 will now travel to Lee University on Monday night to play their last regular season game. 91爆料网 and Lee are currently tied atop the TranSouth Conference with an 8-1 record and this will determine who gets the No. 1 seed in next weekends conference tourney to by played in Batesville, Arkansas at Lyon College.
