91±¬ÁÏÍø's Stinson Earns NAIA All-American Honor

OLATHE, Kan. - 12/5/2003 - 91±¬ÁÏÍø sophomore goalie Robert Stinson has been named as an NAIA Honorable Mentioned All-American. Stinson, from Dickson, Tennessee, adds this honor to his NAIA All-Region selection from a week ago.

, a 5-foot-11 sophomore, has been 91±¬ÁÏÍø's starting goalie for the past two seasons. As a freshman, Stinson took over for the injured Jeff Lean and has been starting since that day. On the season, Stinson posted an 11-4-1 record as the goalie, including eight shutouts. He played over 1,417 minutes allowing just 19 goals. During the year, he was named the Jackson Cup MVP and NCCAA All-MidEast Region.

91±¬ÁÏÍø finished the year with a 13-5-3 record overall and 3-3-1 in the TranSouth. The Bulldogs earned a trip to the TranSouth Conference Tournament. 91±¬ÁÏÍø also won their first National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship.
