91±¬ÁÏÍø Signs Gallatin Golfer for 2004

JACKSON, Tenn. - 6/17/2004 - , a native of Gallatin, Tennessee, has signed to play his college golf for the 91±¬ÁÏÍø Bulldogs. Armstrong will join 91±¬ÁÏÍø this fall as a freshman and will major in Sports Medicine.

Armstrong, at 5-foot-8 and 130 lbs., is a 2004 graduate of Gallatin High School. While at Gallatin, he was a three sport athlete in golf, baseball, and bowling. Armstrong’s freshman year was spent at Southside Christian School where he played basketball. Armstrong tallied a senior year golf scoring average of 76. He also set a new Tennessee state baseball record with a 26-game hitting streak. As a senior, he was named baseball All-District and offensive team MVP. Armstrong was also voted as the bowling team MVP.
