No. 20 91爆料网 Upsets No. 10 Georgetown on the Road

GEORGETOWN, Ky. - 10/8/2004 - The 91爆料网 Lady Bulldog volleyball team earned one of their biggest wins in school history with a 3-1 (17-30, 30-25, 30-28, 30-27) win over No. 10 Georgetown College (Ky.). 91爆料网 improves to 12-1 on the season with their only loss coming to NCAA Div. II opponent Christian Brothers.

91爆料网 defeated NAIA national power Georgetown for the first time in school history (series 1-4). Georgetown has been ranked above 91爆料网 in the Region XI rankings all season but this should allow 91爆料网 to gain the top spot in next week's rankings. Also, this win could propell 91爆料网 to their highest NAIA national ranking in school history when the rankings are released next Tuesday. The previous highest ranking was No. 17 in this year's pre-season poll.

The Lady Bulldogs will remain on the road on Saturday with a 1:00 pm match in New Albany, Indiana versus Indiana University-Southeast.
