Wandera Receives TranSouth and NAIA Honors; 91爆料网 Moves Up One Spot in NAIA Rankings

JACKSON, Tenn. - 11/2/2004 - has been named the TranSouth Conference and NAIA Region XI Player of the Week. Wandera helped lead 91爆料网 to 2-0 week with wins over conference foes Trevecca Nazarene and Martin Methodist. 91爆料网, ranked No. 13 in this week鈥檚 , remained perfect in TranSouth play at 9-0 going into the final conference match of the season. 91爆料网 has clinched at least a tie for the regular season title. 91爆料网 is 22-2 overall this season.

Wandera, a 6-foot-2 senior from Kakamega, Kenya, averaged 6.50 kills per game, 2.00 digs per game, and 1.50 blocks per game on the week. She currently leads 91爆料网 in kills (448), kills per game (5.74), aces (58), and blocks (111, 1.42/game). For the year, Wandera has been named the TranSouth Player of the Week four times, NAIA Region XI Player of the Week four times, and NAIA National Player of the Week one time.
