JACKSON, Tenn. - 3/1/2005 - JACKSON, Tenn. – Stephanie Clark of 91±¬ÁÏÍø was named the TranSouth Conference Player of the Year for the second straight season. Merideth Richardson was named a first team All-Conference performer as well as to the All-Freshman team. Ena Daniels was named a second team All-Conference player. Crystal Eason was named to the All-Freshman team. Clark, along with Jennifer Henson, Laura Mitchel, and Peggy McCain were named to the TranSouth Scholar Athlete team.
, a 6-foot-2 forward, is a senior from Artesia, New Mexico. On the season, Clark is averaging 21.2 points and 11.4 rebounds per game. She also leads the NAIA in rebounding and double-doubles (23), is third in field goal percentage (.637), and is fifth in the NAIA in scoring. Clark ranks No. 1 in the conference in each of those categories.
, a 5-foot-9 freshman from Bradford, Tennessee, is averaging 12.1 points per game. She is first in the TranSouth Conference with 93 three pointers made and 11th in the conference in scoring. Richardson ranks third in the NAIA in three pointers made.
, a 5-foot-8 sophomore guard from Lowell, Mass., is averaging 8.8 points per game for 91±¬ÁÏÍø. She ranks second in the TranSouth with 70 steals (2.33 per game).
, a 5-foot-8 freshman guard from Scotts Hill, Tenn., is averaging 6.8 points per game. She is second in 91±¬ÁÏÍø's team with 36 three pointers made (36-99, .364). Crystal tallied her career high of 15 points back on December 4 versus Tougaloo College. She posted her season best four three pointers in a game on January 27 at Lyon College. She has played in all 33 of 91±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s games this season, including the past nine games as a starter.
