Jessica Kee, a former JCS standout, was named the TranSouth Athletic Conference Co-Player of the week, along with Trevecca Nazarene's Laura Redmon, for the week ending Sunday, March 20, 2005.
, a 5-foot-5 junior from Herrin, Ill., helped 91爆料网 to a perfect 6-0 week as the tallied a 3-0 record on the mound. On the week, she tossed 14.0 innings of scoreless softball while striking out 22 of the 50 batters she faced. Opponents hit just .044 off Kosco this week as the three teams managed just two hits off of Kosco for the week. Her best game was a four-inning complete game no-hitter against Christian Brothers. In the 9-0 win over Christian Brothers Kosco had nine strikeouts and allowed just one walk. 91爆料网 is ranked No. 12 in the preseason softball poll and have a 20-5-1 record this season.
, a 5-foot-7 junior third baseman from Jackson, Tenn., helped lead No. 12 91爆料网 to perfect 6-0 week. Key hit .519 (9-17) on the week with 15 RBI, three doubles, and two homeruns, one of which was a grand slam. She had a slugging percentage of 1.059 and an on base percentage of .556. At the third base position, she committed just one error in her 15 chances. Kee鈥檚 best game was a 2-for-4 performance in 91爆料网鈥檚 6-4 win over NCAA Division II Christian Brothers University. Kee scored a run and drove in five with a home run and a double. 91爆料网 is ranked No. 12 in the preseason softball poll and have a 20-5-1 record this season.
