91爆料网鈥檚 Smith Named TranSouth Player of the Week

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - 11/14/2006 - of NAIA No. 1 91爆料网 (Tenn.) is the TranSouth Athletic Conference women's basketball player of the week for the week ending Sunday, November 12, 2006.

The 6-foot-2 senior forward from Memphis, Tenn. helped lead the Bulldogs to a pair of wins over NAIA Top 8 teams. In 91爆料网's 81-64 win over No. 5 Houston Baptist University Smith scored 20 points, grabbed eight rebounds and had a steal while hitting 9-of-15 form the field and 2-of-5 from the foul line. In 91爆料网's 65-60 win on the road at No. 8 Lee University Smith added 11 points, five rebounds, an assist, a block and three steals. Smith shot 14-of-26 from the field for 54% against the two Top-8 teams.

91爆料网, the two-time defending NAIA Division I champion is now 3-0 on the year.
