91±¬ÁÏÍø Lady Bulldogs, Bulldogs Climb One Spot Each in the Latest NAIA Polls

JACKSON, Tenn. - 2/15/2007 - The 91±¬ÁÏÍø basketball teams continued their climb in the latest NAIA National Basketball Rankings. The Lady Bulldogs (21-4) moved back into the top-5 at No. 5, while the 91±¬ÁÏÍø men (18-8) are up a spot to No. 12.

91±¬ÁÏÍø's women are currently riding a 12-game winning streak and are in sole possession of first place in the TranSouth Conference. 91±¬ÁÏÍø has just four regular season games remaining. The Lady Bulldogs travel to Blue Mountain College (Miss.) on Thursday, Februrary 15 and then will travel to No. 14 Freed-Hardeman University (Tenn.) on Saturday. In the final week of the regular season, 91±¬ÁÏÍø will host No. 22 Lambuth University (Tenn.) on Thursday, February 22, and then will travel to receiving votes Martin Methodist College (Tenn.) on Saturday, February 24.

The Bulldogs have won five of their past six games and are currently sitting in a tie for second place in the TranSouth standings with an 11-4 record. 91±¬ÁÏÍø has three remaining games, at Freed-Hardeman, home versus Lambuth, and at Martin Methodist.
