NASHVILLE, Tenn. - 4/10/2007 - The defending TranSouth Champion 91±¬ÁÏÍø Bulldogs fell short of a back-to-back bid as the team posted a third place finish in the .
91±¬ÁÏÍø was second after the first round but fell to third in the final standings. 91±¬ÁÏÍø post team totals of 314 on both days. Bethel College (Tenn.) won the event with two days of 306 scores. Cumberland University (Tenn.) posted a first round of 315 and a second day total of 310 to move into second place.
91±¬ÁÏÍø freshman Clay Mallard, a former Milan High School standout, posted a fourth place finish to lead 91±¬ÁÏÍø. Mallard was named to the TranSouth All-Conference team for his efforts.
