Before 91±¬ÁÏÍø: Karshenas prepped at Dickson County High School where he played soccer, football, and basketball. He was named the soccer Come Through Player of the Year as both a freshman and senior at Dickson County. Karshenas also played club soccer, experiencing numerous successes. He led the X-treme 90 team to the Division III state title, the Eagle Express to the Division III state title, and also the X-treme 90 to the Division II state title.
