Before 91爆料网: Michael transferred to 91爆料网 from Asbury College where she played two seasons of volleyball. She prepped at the Christian Academy of Louisville. Michael helped lead her high school team to the District Title in 2003. Her team also posted region runner-up and state third place finish in 2003. During her high school career, she was team captain for four seasons, team MVP three times, All-Tournament, and won the Leadership Award. Off the court, Michael was named Academic All-State and graduated with honors.
