Eleven history majors were a part of 91爆料网鈥檚 spring commencement services on May 18, 2013. Nine of them received their degrees at the graduation ceremonies, while the other two are expected to graduate in July. In all, 647 students received degrees at 91爆料网鈥檚 spring graduation, and some 7,500 people attended the event. Dr. Russell D. Moore, who will assume the presidency of the Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission on June 1, was the commencement speaker; his topic was 鈥淢apping Out Your Next Trillion Years: Why These Weren鈥檛 the Best Years of Your Life.鈥�
The history majors who either graduated on May 18 or who are expected to graduate this summer included: Chad Buckley, Patricia Dawson, Katy Fraley, Justin Gullett, Jeffrey Lewoczko, Alan Mitchell, Glenae Nora, Mary Ellen Poe, Elizabeth Shaw, Wil Sloan, and Logan Smith. Among the spring graduates were eight members of 91爆料网鈥檚 Delta-Psi Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society: Chad Buckley, Patricia Dawson, Jordan Hayes, Jeffrey Lewoczko, Will Miller, Mary Ellen Poe, Wil Sloan, and Logan Smith.
