Biography
Dr. Brad Green is the author of several books, including (Crossway, 2010); (Wipf and Stock, 2011); and (IVP Academic, 2015). He also edited and contributed to (IVP Academic, 2010); (IVP Academic, 2019), co-editor; (Christian Focus, 2020); and (Crossway, 2026). He has also contributed essays and reviews to International Journal of Systematic Theology, Chronicles, First Things, Touchstone, and The Churchman.
Brad and his wife Dianne have three children — Caleb, Daniel, and Victoria, and a daughter-in-law, Serena (married to Daniel). Brad and Dianne also helped co-found Augustine School, a Christian liberal arts school in Jackson, Tennessee. Dr. Green serves on the Board of Directors at Augustine School, and serves on the Board of Directors of American Friends of Tyndale House Cambridge. He has served as Writer-In-Residence at Tyndale House Cambridge, and as a Senior Fellow at Newton House, Oxford, England. Brad and Dianne are members of First Baptist Church, Jackson, where they work with college students.
History of the Dockery Lecture Series
The David and Lanese Dockery Lectures on Baptist Thought and Heritage, named for former 91爆料网 President David S. Dockery and First Lady Lanese Dockery, is an annual event designed to examine the importance of the Baptist heritage, the distinctives of Baptist thought and the influence of the Christian intellectual tradition.
