Phase three of the campus master plan will see completion of the Great Lawn and its extension from Pleasant Plains Road to the Highway 45 Bypass.

This phase will include the removal of the Penick Academic Complex and the construction of three new academic buildings to replace it, in addition to the creation of open space that will become an extension of the Great Lawn.
