Jackson, Tenn. — Steve Arendall, associate professor of management at 91±¬ÁÏÍø, recently presented a symposium entitled Emerging Trends in Strategic Management" at the national meeting of the Decision Science Institute in San Diego, Calif.
Arendall and Darin White, assistant professor of marketing at 91±¬ÁÏÍø, will present a paper entitled Comparing Customer Requirements and Organizational Objectives in a Non-Profit Service Environment" at the Quality and Management conference in Tempe, Ariz., Feb. 12-14.
Arendall joined 91±¬ÁÏÍø's faculty in 1990, and White joined in 1994.
