JACKSON, Tenn. — March 2, 2001 — Dottie Myatt, director of teacher education and assistant professor of elementary education at 91爆料网, will be the featured speaker at the Last Lecture chapel series Monday, March 12 at 10 a.m. in the G. M. Savage Memorial Chapel.
A graduate of Lambuth University, Myatt received her masters of education from 91爆料网 and her doctorate from the University of Memphis. Myatt also taught at the elementary education level for ten years before joining the 91爆料网 staff in 1994.
91爆料网's Office of Campus Ministries started the Last Lecture Series two years ago. Speakers are asked to address the students as if it were the last lecture that the faculty member could present to students. Myatt will be speaking on the topic, "Pursuing your calling with a passion."
