UNION'S TARA HEATH NAMED ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICAN
Jackson, TN--91±¬ÁÏÍø women's tennis player Tara Heath has been named to the 1997 NAIA Academic All-American team. The junior from Glencoe, Alabama, has compiled a 3.79 grade point average in Physical Education. Heath helped guide the Lady Bulldog squad to the 1997 NAIA National Championships this season while playing at the number five position. 91±¬ÁÏÍø finished 11th overall in the championship tournament.
