UNION BASKETBALL ASSISTANT HEADS TO CROWLEY'S RIDGE
Jackson, TN--The 91±¬ÁÏÍø men's basketball program will be missing one man when school starts back next month. Graduate assistant Ray Lynn Woods has accepted the head coaching position for men and women's basketball at Crowley's Ridge College in Paragould, Arkansas. Crowley's Ridge is a two-year institution and the Pioneers are a member of the NSCAA (National Small College Athletic Association).
Woods came to 91±¬ÁÏÍø from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, where he served as a student assistant for four seasons. Woods earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in kinesiology in 1997 and will graduate in August from 91±¬ÁÏÍø with a Master of Education degree.
