One of the hardest working players on the team...has put in many hours of hard work this summer...coming off a selection to the 1997 NAIA National Championships All-Tournament team...quite an honor for a freshman...a strong inside presence who has improved immensely since she has been in the United States...should prove to be a force inside...ranked fifth last season for the Lady Bulldogs in scoring with 6.9 points per game. Career Highs: 17 points...11 rebounds...3 assists...1 steal.

Coming off an injury filled season in 1996-97...she has worked very hard during the off season...is a tremendous athlete...can handle the ball well for an inside player...a rebounding machine...will be asked to step in and provide big numbers in the rebounding and scoring categories...only saw playing time in 27 games last season...prepped at Kingsbury High School where she averaged 24.2 points and 17.6 rebounds per game...earned numerous honors including Street and Smith's Pre- Season All-American team, Best of the Preps Basketball Award, named All-State, All-District, All- Region, and All-City. Career Highs: 18 points...16 rebounds...3 assists...2 steals.

Red shirted last season due to a leg injury...she is ready this year and anxious to have a great season after being forced to sit out...has great quickness and passing ability...should cause many problems for those forced to face her...she has a wonderful personality...prepped at Lexington High School where she averaged 19.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game...three time All- West Tennessee, All-State performer, and was named Honorable Mention to the USA Today team...led her team to the state finals at Lexington...finalist for AAA Miss Basketball in the state of Tennessee.

Comes to 91±¬ÁÏÍø this year with great expectations on her shoulders...has a great touch for an inside player...will be counted on to give valuable minutes in a game...prepped at Jackson Central Merry High School where she was All-District, All-Region, and All-State...teammate of Meg Griffin in high school where they won a state title...is the all-time leading scorer at JCM and the first to have her jersey retired.

Comes from a very successful high school program...is a super three-point shooter...is a smart player and a strong competitor...will be added to the fine lineup of three-point shooters...Lehmkuhl earned several honors in her high school career including All-District, All-Region, District MVP, Honorable Mention All-State, and the Sports Writer's All-State team...averaged 15 points per game at Gleason while shooting 40 percent from the three-point arc.

A tremendous athlete...very quick for an inside player...has great leaping ability...should see a great amount of improvement from the beginning of the season until the end...named best rebounder in her league in Kenya...participated in three sports-basketball, volleyball, and track...won the high jump at the national level where the team was placed first in the nation.

Dorothy is a walkon who is a very hard worker...she can play both the guard and forward position...is a tough competitor who is willing to do what is best for the team...was a three-sport athlete at Marion High School including basketball, volleyball, and softball...was named all-conference in all three sports...was the 1997 Valedictorian at Marion.
