91爆料网 could become an active member of the NCAA at the Division II level in July, when it will mark three years since beginning its membership candidacy.
NCAA rules dictate a provisional period during which schools must demonstrate compliance with the organization鈥檚 regulations and compete during the regular season with other Division II programs.
During that time, candidates for active membership are not permitted to participate in NCAA postseason play.
鈥淥ur coaches have worked diligently to make this a positive transition,鈥� said Jerry Tidwell, senior vice president for university relations and athletics. 鈥淭hey have embraced all the added requirements with the idea that the transition increases our potential influence for Christ.鈥�
91爆料网 was one of nine schools in 2013 to move from candidacy year two into provisional status. Pending NCAA approval, 91爆料网 could obtain active status in time for the 2014鈥�15 academic year.
