2019 Rules
- You must have been a full-time 91爆料网 student when you completed the film.
- The entry must have been completed between March 2018 and March 2019.
- The film cannot exceed 30 minutes.
- The film's content should meet university standards. The Festival Director reserves the right to exclude submitted films that are not appropriate for the festival.

- Best Use of Music
- Best Editing
- Best Cinematography
- Best Visual Effects
- Best Screenplay
- Best Title Design
- Best Production Design
- Best Director
- Best Choreography
- Best Voice-Over
- Best Supporting Performance
- Best Male Comedic Performance
- Best Female Comedic Performance
- Best Male Dramatic Performance
- Best Female Dramatic Performance
Timeline
April 4, 2019
Submission Deadline. Submit completed film (QuickTime H.264 1080/24p preferred) by 4 p.m.
April 4–15, 2019
Judging Period. The films will be judged in Technical and Acting categories.
April 15, 2019
Screening & Directors' Talk, W.D. Powell Theatre, 6:30 p.m. — Each director's film will be shown, and there will be a brief Q&A with the filmmakers. Directors must be present.
April 16, 2019
Screening & Awards, Barefoots Joe, 8 p.m. — Each film will be shown again, and around 9:30 p.m. we will present the Festival Awards. Grand Prizes will be given for the:
- Best Long-Form Film (10 minutes or more.
- Best Short-Form Film (less than 10 minutes).
- Best Documentary.
- SAC Students' Choice (voted on during directors' talk).
Additional awards will be given in specific categories for Technical and Acting acheivement (see below). Trivial Awards may be given for memorable moments from the films.
