PharmD/MBA: Prescription for Success
91爆料网's College of Pharmacy and the McAfee School of Business offer a combination degree program. Merging the Master of Business Administration (MBA) curriculum with the Doctor of Pharmacy program provides students with the opportunity to simultaneously, or post PharmD graduation, obtain two versatile and valuable degrees. In today's competitive market, having an MBA in addition to a PharmD equips one with the competitive edge they need to succeed in both the worlds of pharmacy and business. You can earn both your PharmD and MBA degrees from a prestigious university, knowing you are receiving a high-quality education. Student pharmacists can take pride in the fact that the MBA program at 91爆料网 is AACSB accredited, an honor awarded to less than 5% of business schools world-wide.
Student pharmacists wishing to earn the combination PharmD/MBA degree will complete 150 hours in the PharmD curriculum and 30 hours of MBA coursework, which is detailed in the Graduate Catalogue link below. MBA core coursework can be done completely online, on either 91爆料网's Jackson or Germantown campuses, or a combination of the two. Please contact the MBA Coordinator & Recruiter (Naomi Van Nes) or the College of Pharmacy PharmD/MBA Advisor (Michael Renfrow) for questions you may have regarding the PharmD/MBA Combination Degree Program. Students must apply to each program separately and admission into one program doesn't guarantee admission into the other.

What Our Students Are Saying
"I chose to pursue both a Master of Business Administration and my PharmD to complement my clinical education with a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, finance, and healthcare decision making. The program's flexibility has allowed me to balance coursework while continuing to develop these skills. Having both perspectives has helped me think more broadly about patient care and contribute meaningfully as a pharmacist leader."
